General Information about a Group Sound Bath experience:

Have you been feeling stressed and looking for restoration and rejuvenation? Are you yearning for more connection, clarity, peace and balance?

You're invited to join Alyson and others and share Sacred Sounds together. The Sacred Sounds group Sessions & Ceremonies offer participants an opportunity to relax, rest and become grounded. Alyson will use a combination of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create and hold a harmonious space that is supportive to the central nervous system and will allow you to connect to the sacred power of the present moment. If you feel moved to, you will also be guided to play a singing bowl of your own during the session, which enhances your ability to be focused and intentional. And invites you and your soul to enjoy some Sacred Play. 

Everyone is welcome. No experience required and is suitable for seekers of general wellness, inner connection and truth from all spiritual backgrounds & belief systems.
