 Alyson, Metaphysical Practitioner & certified vibrational sound therapist, uses medical grade singing bowls which give off a softer sound, but a much stronger vibration. Alyson will place these unique bowls on different parts of your body & around your body. The weight of the bowls, combined with the vibration travelling through your body will help you to deeply and completely relax.

  1 hour, private sessions are wonderful for reducing stress and deep relaxation. They promote self-healing, balance and clearing in your chakras and energy fields. Vibrational Sound therapy reintroduces your body and mind to the feeling of calm and helps with central nervous system regulation.
